The hotel's location was good, near many great landmarks, the visitor center, restaurants, and shopping. Every staff member was courteous and pleasant. Our room was wonderful and beautiful, with double Queen beds and a bathroom.

Loved the cold flavored water near the front desk.

Would like a medical discount. I travel to Loveland to visit my husband who is in a memory care facility there.

The best part were the helpful staff. I had good food for breakfast with many selections.

Although everything was great, some of the staff were absolutely rude.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist. The beds were extremely comfortable in the double room, which also had central heating, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave.

It was located very convenient for our visit.

The rooms were reasonably spacious with 2 queen beds. The staff were so very helpful and professional. The breakfast had many selections. The hotel was just next door to Loveland, CO, with many great landmarks and restaurants.

Located near shops and some finer dining. Unable to walk to the other shops on other side of I-25.

Having to run my credit card again as the Hotel Room was paid for in full in advance.

Once we got the room with a King bed and a sofa, it was great!!

They lied about having a room with a King bed on our first night. When they switched our room to a King the next day, there was only one room being cleaned on the floor where the King beds are. Then told us the company that reserved it didn't show. Are companies not charged for a no show? The rooms with double Queen beds are awful!! No where to sit and have a drink or watch tv in comfort.

This is a hotel go-to for Loveland! The rooms are neat and updated with double queen beds. The staff are attentive. The venue has the best location in the perfect area for us.

My must haves' are a spacious, updated room with a King bed, a sofa plus the picture showed. The breakfast is cheap and great served with pastries, hot dishes plus turkey sausage: D

Attentive staff. Convenient location with clean exterior. Ample parking. Nice outdoor seating area. Wider-than-expected decor in rooms, lobby, and establishment.
