Loved the cold flavored water near the front desk.
Would like a medical discount. I travel to Loveland to visit my husband who is in a memory care facility there.

mixed feelings about my stay
The staff members were polite and attentive throughout my stay. The common areas were clean. The bed in my room was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast options that set a nice tone for the day.
The overall experience didn't quite meet the standard expected from the chain.

The front desk staff was unhelpful and rude, made the check-in process stressful. I was unhappy to find that the refrigerator in my room smelled terrible, hard to enjoy my time. The lack of customer service greatly affected my experience.

Located near shops and some finer dining. Unable to walk to the other shops on other side of I-25.
Having to run my credit card again as the Hotel Room was paid for in full in advance.

Once we got the room with a King bed and a sofa, it was great!!
They lied about having a room with a King bed on our first night. When they switched our room to a King the next day, there was only one room being cleaned on the floor where the King beds are. Then told us the company that reserved it didn't show. Are companies not charged for a no show? The rooms with double Queen beds are awful!! No where to sit and have a drink or watch tv in comfort.
